Conduct random drawings using our trusted online platform.

Several easy steps of your drawing

Sign up and try our drawings for free. There are a few easy steps to randomly choose winners:

  • Create a drawing project (name, prizes, drawing details)
  • Put entrants into Random Picker
  • Conduct a drawing. Or you can make several tests before.
Random Picker generates an online public record which declares a proper drawing process. You can publish its link on your website so all entrants can check their participation in the draw. Nobody can get the whole list of entrants, the system provides a unique way of project transparency.

How does it work?

Create a new project for each drawing. A project means the draw itself with its entries, prizes and a public record. You can define combinations of different prizes (one car + 3 books + 100 discount vouchers, etc.).

Input your entries manually or import them from excel or text files. You can also add a widget to your website so people can submit their name, their entries will be directly saved to the list of participants.

Random Picker randomizes each entry by assigning one random number per one entrant.

Unbiased drawings and transparency
Rest assured that RandomPicker closely monitors drawings to prevent cheating. Here are some of transparency measures:

  • Once the drawing is executed it is locked and cannot be repeated.
  • Daily limits are applied to all accounts to provent multiple projects being created with the intent to choose a desired winner.
  • Recent drawing history is listed in the public record for each account.
  • Drawing participants can verify that their name (or other identificator) has been entered in the drawing.
  • The public record includes an anonymized list of entries which shows all participants, their frequency and weights.
  • All drawings are stored and cannot be deleted from the account until the project expiration.

You can also apply a weight to each entry. This is a great feature for all raffles where the chance to win should be depending on the quantity of purchased products (the more tickets purchased the higher chance to win).

We use several randomizers to generate random numbers. A random numbers is assigned to each entrant in the project and the whole list is sorted by this random records. You can use a true random numbers created by a special hardware equipment (complying with Federal Information Processing Standards - FIPS) or apply a quick server-side randomizer. Both methods are sufficient for drawing purposes.

Sport drawings
Not only competition winners can be randomized. RandomPicker.com also supports random sport drawings (assigning brackets to bottom players in knockout tournament, building random teams) or party games.

Publish results - public record

You can publish the drawing record and the RandomPicker seal, so participants can see the basic information, number of entries, winners, etc. They can check if they were involved into the draw - by submitting their identifier (email, ID, etc.).
