If you work for a great cause, we want to help! We support many schools, non-profits, NGO’s or charities by offering them higher limits and advanced features for free. If you think you are eligible, please sign in to your RandomPicker account and follow the instruction here.

If you have the list of entries, you can upload the file to RandomPicker instead of typing them manually. You need to use the correct format. The easiest way is to use an excel file, each entry on a separate row. Max. upload size is 5MB.

Use only 3 columns – put the basic info into the first column (for example names, IDs or emails). You can add a note to each entry into the second column and if you import weights, use the third column. If there are more columns, the system might be confused during the import.

You need to manually import entries from social media as RandomPicker does not provide any integration to social media at the moment.

Sign in, click on the button with your name in the top right corner and choose the Settings. There is the Delete Account button in the My Profile section.

Card payments and Paypal payments are processed by Paypal, but you do not need to own a PayPal account if you pay with your card. Just select the option “Pay with my credit or debit card” in the PaylPal page and enter you card number. Address, email or phone number may also be requested depending on your country.
